Open Campaigns → New campaign and follow the wizard.

1. Sender — pick the channel and verified identity.
2. Audience — choose lists and saved segments; confirm the recipient count.
3. Content — compose with the channel-aware editor and live preview.
4. Review — run spam and domain readiness checks.
5. Schedule — send now or pick a window.

When the batch completes, open the campaign drawer for the six-KPI grid.
