Maildrill (“we”, “us”) provides a multichannel messaging workspace. This policy explains what data we process when you visit maildrill.com, create an account, or send messages through the product.

Usage data — product interactions, campaign metadata, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
Message content — content you submit for delivery through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or voice.
Billing data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use data

We use data to provide the workspace, deliver messages, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal data.

We share data with infrastructure and messaging providers strictly as needed to operate Maildrill (for example delivery gateways and payment processors), and when required by law.

Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your workspace is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, security, and billing records.
